the $50 USD price of the Mac-Expert version, this is a great value long term. So if you're serious about poker get the Mac-EXPERT version instead. The *Mac-EXPERT* version of PokerCruncher of course has hand ranges and much more (see our website's tutorial page). This is clearly indicated in this app's description and screenshots. This is the *Mac-BASIC* version of PokerCruncher. But we agree, if you're serious about poker don't spend money on this app. **REPLY 1**: First, you're exaggerating, you can't do everything this app does in 3 sec. But if that helps you vent, we're all for people venting and feeling better, so it's ok, vent on :). But instead you chose to post an incorrect/unfair review. Anyway for these kinds of things, that's what a company's "support" email address is for. Or, try rebooting your Mac, starting clean, etc. Or if that's not it, maybe you're not signing into the MacAppStore with your same previous userid.

The more powerful Mac version is the "Expert" version and is a separate app and is a totally different ballgame. That's the iPhone version maybe you bought the iPhone version. I say this because you call it "Poker Cruncher advanced". In your case, I'm guessing that you never bought the Mac-Expert version (49.99 USD) before. And the MacAppStore/Apple never forgets your purchases, so you can’t lose an app. It's the MacAppStore/Apple that remembers your purchases, not us the individual app developer.

Then the MacAppStore will know that it's "you" and will show you all your previous purchases and let you download them again. If you bought the Mac-Expert version before, then got a new Mac, all you have to do is, on your new Mac, sign into the MacAppStore with the *same* userid/credentials as the first time you bought the app. All of our apps are "pay once and enjoy forever".
